1. About the Platform

PickCab Partners is a B2B marketplace designed to connect taxi drivers, fleet owners, travel agents, and tour operators for intercity and tourist taxi bookings. The Platform acts only as a facilitator to enable business-to-business connections.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.

• Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• Only businesses or professionals related to taxi, travel, or tour services are permitted to register.

3. User Registration & Account

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• PickCab Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

4. Nature of Services

• PickCab Partners does not provide taxi or travel services directly.

• All bookings, pricing, negotiations, payments, and service fulfillment occur directly between the users.

• PickCab Partners is not a party to any agreement between taxi owners/drivers and travel agents/tour operators.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes

• Communicate honestly and professionally with other users

• Honor commitments made through the Platform

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

6. Fees & Payments

• Registration on the Platform may be free or subject to charges as notified.

• PickCab Partners does not guarantee bookings, revenue, or business outcomes.

• Any commercial transactions are the sole responsibility of the involved users.

7. Verification & Trust

• PickCab Partners may conduct basic verification to improve platform trust.

• Verification does not constitute endorsement, guarantee, or certification of any user.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Misuse the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform

• Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security

9. Limitation of Liability

PickCab Partners shall not be liable for:

• Any disputes, losses, or damages arising between users

• Quality, safety, or legality of services provided by users

• Delays, cancellations, or failures in service fulfillment

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of PickCab Partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Termination

PickCab Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

PickCab Partners may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
